Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Bank Muscat transfers, credit cards, and mobile payments. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice.
Is there a commission on sales?
No! We charge a flat subscription fee only. There are no commissions or hidden fees on your land sales.
What is CFN Integration?
Enterprise sellers can connect with ConstraFusion Nexus to offer buyers instant access to construction contractors and material suppliers.
How does escrow work?
Buyer deposits 5% into our escrow account (held by Bank Muscat). On successful sale, a 1-1.5% success fee is automatically deducted before releasing funds to the seller. This protects both parties.
What payment methods are supported?
We support Thawani Pay (cards, Apple Pay), Bank Muscat direct transfers, and OmanNet debit cards. Enterprise clients can pay by bank transfer with NET-30 terms.
